The Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI), while expressing grave concern over deteriorating law and order situation in the district, has asked the authorities concerned to take immediate steps to maintain the law and order.

In a press statement here on Friday, president Ikhlaq Ahmad Butt, senior vice-president Ziaullah Irfani and vice-president Anwar Aslam lamented that armed robberies had become order of the day and the businessmen were worst hit by such incidents. They urged the authorities concerned to improve the law and order situation and make the investment climate conducive.
